Shipping Policy
Shipping Time -- It can take up to 2 weeks to pack and ship your order. We usually ship much faster than that, depending how busy we are in the studio. (Please let us know if you need the orders quicker, we'll do what we can)
We ship domestic orders through USPS First Class and Priority Mail, which will leave a tracking number on your order once shipped. Overseas orders are sent USPS First Class International.
Posters and prints are rolled with kraft paper in a protective tube. Be careful when removing the paper and prints from the tube. Smaller prints are often sent in flat mailer instead of tubes. If multiple orders are made in the same period of time, we will try and combine them in the same shipment an can offer refunds on the excess shipping charges.
Out-of-Stock Products
Out-of-Stock items may become available again if there is any extra inventory. In dealing with limited edition art, once a product is removed from the Shop, there's a good chance it is Sold Out and will not become available again.
Returns
We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective or damaged for 30 days from the date of purchase. In cases when we are Out of Stock of a returned product, we may have to offer a refund for the returned product. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return 30 days from the date of purchase.
Taxes
Our Store shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the same state. For orders shipped to other states, you are solely responsible for all sales taxes or other taxes.
Privacy
We keep your personal information private and secure. When you make a purchase from our site, you provide your name, email address, address, phone number, and a password. We use this information to process your orders, to keep you updated on your orders and to personalize your shopping experience.
